We do our best to ensure you're satisfied with your order, but if something doesn't suit you, you can return the order or replace the size within 14 days after receiving it. 

Please note that the cost of delivery is paid by the buyer, except when the goods are returned due to non-compliance with the order or defects discovered.

The procedure for the goods return:

• Let us know about your intention to return the order indicating the reason for the return.
• Before sending, please make sure that the product is clean, has its original appearance and all tags.
• If the item is in unsuitable condition for sale, we will not be able to refund its value and will send it back to you.
• Send the goods with the transport company, as agreed with the MAXA consultant.

As soon as we receive and check the returned goods, make sure that all the rules of return are followed, we will refund the cost of the product within 1-2 days from the receipt of the returned goods.
